General Shipping Information
Karate Mall ships the majority of our products nationwide. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items ordered comply with local regulations. Most orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via UPS. International shipments, as well as orders sent to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses, are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Some large or heavy items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer using their preferred shipping method.
Additional Shipping Fees
- Some items may incur oversized shipping fees due to their size and weight.
- For orders within the Continental United States, our shopping cart will automatically account for these fees, but additional charges may still apply in some cases.
- Orders shipped outside the U.S. often have additional shipping costs. We will contact you via phone or email for authorization before processing an order with extra shipping fees.
Tracking Orders
- Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked on the UPS website.
- Orders shipped via USPS can be tracked on the USPS website.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us for assistance.
Delivery Times
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
- Some out-of-stock items may require special ordering, which may extend delivery times.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for orders within the Continental United States and up to 20 business days for international deliveries.
