Payment
- All payments must be prepaid using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
Shipping
- Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, Karate Mall will provide return shipping.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the delivery is later than the estimated timeframe.
- We offer three shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5-9 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Customization orders require an additional 2-3 business days for processing.
