Agility Dots are a set of vinyl circles used to improve quick feet and change of direction. The vinyl circles that lay flat on any smooth indoor surface. 10in. diameter. Six multicolored dots included per set. Use them for quick reaction and change of direction drills. Agility Dots are an excellent target for agility and plyometric drills. Multiple sets can be combined to create more challenging patterns.
